CRYPTICS Computer Quiz Competition and a flagship educational initiative of Vydehi School of Excellence began in 2018 with a motto of promoting technology and innovation. Having completed 7 golden years in which it has seen the top cities in the country, compete among themselves to be crowned as the IT Champions. Building upon the vision set by Mr. Harjeet Kakkar (CEO, Vydehi School of Excellence), it's a unified platform to bring together technology enthusiasts across Indian schools for the exchange of ideas, innovation, and learning.

Witnessing nearly 2,000 participants every year, the Cryptics is a much-awaited event in the technical calendar of the student and school community. It will be a pleasure to receive participation from your esteemed institute for the eighth edition of CRYPTICS- All India level computer quiz competition which will be held in the month of November 2025.

The Preliminary and Quarterfinal Rounds of the quiz will be conducted online across cities in East, West, North, and South Zones and the winners of all the states will compete in Semi-finals & the Grand Finale of CRYPTICS 8.0, which will be conducted in Vydehi School of Excellence Whitefield, Bengaluru in the month of November 2025.

ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY

• There is no entry or registration fee.
• Students from Grade 6 to 8 are eligible to participate.
• Each school can register up to 3 teams, with 2 members in each team.
• Students must carry the bonafide certificate and school ID card on the day of the event. (Semi final & finale) will be held offline
• Online registration option is available using the link mentioned on the first page.
• Last date of registration for prelim is on or before 20th June, 2025.
• Quiz will be conducted in four rounds: Preliminary, Quarter finals, Semifinals and Final Round.
• Finalists will be receiving exciting prizes & certificates.
• Instant disqualification of the participant, if found using unfair means or tactics.
• The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding on all matters related to the quiz contest.
